Infoterm’s member TermNet is host of TAMA CANADA 2008

TAMA (Terminology in Advanced Management Applications) is TermNet´s business-oriented international conference where renowned representatives from the terminology community converge to discuss the latest trends and technologies emerging in this field.  This year, TermNet has organized the event in collaboration with the following partners:

- Translation Bureau (Government of Canada);
- Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO);
- Association de l’industrie de la langue / Language Industry Association (AILIA).

The theme for 2008 is Quality, Standards and Technology: Terminology’s Future.

TAMA will be held on October 9 & 10, 2008, at the UQO in Gatineau, Canada, as one of the highlights of the Terminology Week from 1-10 October 2008.

Representatives of Infoterm will attend the conference.
