The INfrastructure and SAFETY (IN-SAFETY) project aims at using intelligent, intuitive and cost-efficient combinations of new technologies and traditional infrastructure best practice applications, in order to enhance the self-explanatory nature of roads.
The Specific targeted research project IN-SAFETY is co-financed by the European Commission (Sixth Framework Programme, Priority 1.6.2 Sustainable Surface Transport) and officially started on 1st February 2005 - with Infoterm as expert for terminological and multilingual questions.
